Located at the entrance of the Damai Service Hospital (HQ), the 24 hour Accident and Emergency Unit provides round-the-clock outpatient services and care for minor as well as major illnesses, injuries and trauma.

The unit functions in close teamwork with other surgical and support departments at all times. To maintain the highest standards of professionalism in this unit, all A & E staff must undergo regular refresher courses on emergency medicine, basic trauma life support, cardiac resuscitation and emergency triage.

There are two levels of priority for attendance and treatment at the Accident and Emergency unit.
