DSH(HQ)’s quest for service excellence has attracted many foreign organisations to join our international Network Referral Program. This partnership program allows patients to obtain treatment that are either not available or too costly in their own countries. Under this program, we provide training to the doctors and or other front liners from partner organizations. The partner organisations then follow these guidelines and offer their services to the patients. To enhance the standard of service provided, we monitor partner’s progress by having regular meetings and discussion and also provide follow-up support to the patients.
