Guarantee Letter Procedures
(Outpatient Treatment)

In lieu with Damai Service Hospital’s vision and mission, the hospital provides specialized services to help patients with the procedures required for payment through the ‘Guarantee Letter’ method.  The slides below contain explanations for outpatients who would like to use their insurance to pay for their treatments in the form of a guarantee letter from either their company of employment or personal insurance companies.

Patient Registration and processing of Guarantee Letters

Patient will register at the respective counters (Ground Floor or Mezzanine Floor) and thereafter proceed to the "Guarantee Letter Counter (GL Counter)" which will request for a GL from the respective Insurance Panels or Third Party Administrators 

Guarantee Letter Procedures
(Cashless Inpatient Treatment)

In lieu with Damai Service Hospital’s vision and mission, the hospital provides specialized services to help patients with the procedures required for payment through the ‘Guarantee Letter’ method.  The slides below contain explanations for outpatients who would like to use their insurance to pay for their treatments in the form of a guarantee letter from either their company of employment or personal insurance companies.

Registration and Request for Guarantee Letter (GL)

Patient will register for the admission by filing up, the admission form, with the help of a patient's relation officer, at the respective counters (Ground Floor or Mezzanine floor) and thereafter proceed to the "Guarantee Letter" (GL), counter which will request for a GL from the respective insurance panels or Third Party Administrators. At this stage, the patient will also need to decide on his/her room preference.
